Terms & Conditions (Payment Policy)

1. Paying school fees online

Use the payment link on the school’s Online Fee page. Payments are processed in Indian rupees (INR) through a secure payment gateway. Before authorising the transaction, check the student’s name, admission number, fee period and total payable, including any charges shown at checkout. Use a payment method you are authorised to use.

2. Payment confirmation and receipts

After the payment portal confirms a successful transaction, download or print the fee receipt and keep the transaction reference. If the portal shows a successful payment but the school’s fee record has yet to update, contact the school office so it can check the transaction.

3. Pending or failed transactions

If your account is debited and the portal shows a pending or failed payment, or if no receipt is issued, contact the school office before attempting another payment. The school can check whether it received the funds. If a debit relates to a failed transaction and the funds did not reach the school, the reversal is handled through authorised banking channels within the applicable timelines. Contact your payment provider with the transaction reference if the reversal is delayed.

4. Fee refunds and payment corrections

Refund eligibility is subject to the school’s applicable fee rules and applicable law. If you paid twice, paid more than the amount due or believe a payment was applied incorrectly, contact the school office to request a review. The school will verify the payment and advise whether a correction, adjustment or refund applies. Where possible, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The school office can advise on the expected processing time for an approved refund.

To claim a security deposit refund, apply within three months after the student leaves the school. Any outstanding school dues are deducted from the refundable amount.
